By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

4. Free Trial and Class Participation
Free trial offers are limited to new students and subject to availability. Participation in any in-person class requires completion of our separate Liability Waiver before attending. The waiver governs the physical risks of training; these Terms govern your use of the Site only.
5. Membership, Holds, and Cancellations
Membership terms, billing, holds, and cancellations are governed by the membership agreement you signed at the gym. Submitting a hold or cancellation form on this Site initiates a request — it does not by itself terminate or modify your agreement until processed and confirmed by our staff.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites (e.g., Smartwaiver, Google Maps, social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabin Rosa Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This Site disclaimer does not limit, replace, or modify the separate Liability Waiver covering in-person training.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fabin Rosa Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
